We used the Wooden Spoon to cater an event for our employees, they were professional and so easy to work with. The food was amazing and the presentation was great! I would highly recommend for your next event!
The baked goods here are delicious. So is the rest of the food they have. I love the chicken wild rice.

We appreciated Gluten-free options.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available. Wish they had more.

Gluten free only cupcakes and muffins. Rolls ordered need to be a dozen
Incredible staff and good! We highly recommend for any event, big or small! š
I love caramel rolls, and this local bakery did not disappoint! It was freshly baked with just the perfect amount of cinnamon in the swirl. They were friendly, and made me an iced tea (using Curiosity tea, another local business) exactly the way I like it. Excellent service, and delicious bakery items! I will make this a regular stop whenever Iām in Mankato!

I had my daughterās bridal shower in the Creamery room. It was the PERFECT venue! The room could accommodate up to 49 people but we only had 24 which was just the right size. There was plenty of space for our mimosa bar, a gift table and a table for our games, party favors and pictures and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We had a brunch and had the food catered through Wooden Spoon and was delicious. We had egg, cheese and bacon pastries, cheesy hashbrowns, fruit and of course delicious cupcakes. They were even able to accommodate a special diet. Nicole was amazing to work with and was patient with all my questions and even some last minute changes. The cost was VERY reasonable! Nicoleās sister/co-owner (Iām sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful the day of the shower and made sure that we had everything we needed. They also had a back entrance which had a ramp which was so nice for a couple elderly guests we had. I was so stressed when trying to find a venue for the shower and a friend who had recently gotten married made the suggestion to look into the Wooden Spoon. Iām so happy she did! I highly suggest The Wooden Spoon/Creamery Room for any type of get together you may have!

From their cookies and mochas to their soups and sandwiches the Wooden Spoon never lets me down. However, my all time favorite is their energy balls. Always the perfect consistency (I can't mimic at home) with just the right amount of chocolate and honey. Every bite makes this girl happy!!!

Argh! I didnāt take a picture!! We were so excited to eat it!! The tomato-basil bow tie pasta ātake and goā was amazing! Paired it with a grilled chicken breast and so easy and SO yummy!!
Vegetarian options: So many veg options, well-promoted and clearly labeled.
Parking: There is a lot around back, through the alley. Plenty of room to navigate, park and go in one of the side doors!

Three of the bakery products we purchased had a freezer burnt taste. The whoopee pie and blueberry cheese cake. Very disappointing we live an hour away so after getting home we couldn't return the goods.

Stockton Ramey and decide to pick up a loaf of their apple cinnamon Pull-A-Part bread. It's one of the best things I have had. Everything there is made well and pretty good, but I can not recommend that Apple Cinnamon bread enough.

Gotta be honest, considering of bakeries in Mankato this is the only one that's been open the entire time I've lived here, I was expecting better. Went in for some fresh bread and was tempted by the oreo cheesecake. Cheesecake was eggy and overcooked meaning the texture was chewy and it was like, glutenized? Like the process in bread that makes bubbles? Yeah that was the cheesecake, topped with some cheap and way too rich buttercream frosting. Absolutely terrible, not at all creamy. Bread was flavorless and molded in less than 3 days. Will not be going again.
