I ordered Insomnia Cookies through DoorDash late tonight. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete. I ordered Ice Cream on a Brownie, but only received the brownie and a cookie- the ice cream was completely missing.
For a dessert place, missing the main component of an item is disappointing, especially for a late-night order. The food I did receive was fine, but the experience was frustrating and not what I paid for.

Placed an order at 12.21 am and it never came. Store was supposed to be open till 1 am even tho it says 3 am on google. Tried calling them and nobody replied. Went there myself and the store was already closed. I hope they’ll refund me the money

I love insomnia cookies. Would describe them as medium rare cookies. They were gooey on the inside but on the edges they are more chewey. I love them

I was in town for a softball game, stopped by Insomnia but didn't realize they weren't open yet. Am employees opened the door and let me know I can order online for a delivery that afternoon. Very helpful! I placed my order online for a 430 delivery at the MSU softball field on Ellis. The cookies arrived exactly at 430 with great communication about the arrival time and from the delivery driver. I was able to get the team the cookies just as their bus was leaving for SD. They loved them! Thank you very much for the great service!

This location was terrible. The person who sold the cookies at front acted as though I was an annoyance for coming into the shop. Then when I ordered, that person got the cookies from under the counter. The cookies were warmed, but hard and burnt as though they had been in there for a long time. The coolies did not taste warm and gooey as one would think they should. But burnt and crisp and warmed. Terrible! If this was my first experience I would never go to another anywhere. I am traveling through and will never come back to this location. I am glad that there are good locations like Oshkosh, WI and Indianapolis, IN!
