Visited for the first time on 8/11 at 1:20 PM and ordered 2 medium, 1 small Jamba Juice, and pretzels. Asked about the 20% Happy Hour discount (sign says 1–4 PM), but was told it didn’t apply. Staff didn’t resolve the payment issue, and the drinks were poorly made. Disappointed—can’t recommend this location

took 20 mins for them to make one bowl and it was filled half way. and it was $10. not satisfied by any means. won’t recommend this place. and why is the water cloudy ?

Don’t get me wrong I love the place but I have a love hate relationship with it. Today I ordered two smoothies and they were already melted down. They looked like they were sitting there for hours. I just ordered them 3 mins before arriving.

Food is pretty good. A couple of times it has taken awhile to get the food. Have only ever seen 2 employees working at a time.

The fact that I've come in here many different times on different weekends/weekdays and there's only one or two employees in the whole store is absolutely appalling. Hire more people so your poor employees aren't working every single product by themselves taking orders. The employees are super kind, and management needs to do better and treat them better.

Last night I placed an order online for Jamba Juice. Went to pick it up and the store was closed. This was at 8pm. Their store hours show them open until 11pm
However, my card was charged. This morning I get an email from them at 8am saying my order was picked up at 6:36am🤦‍♀️
There’s no number for the store and when I spoke with customer service I was told it’s gonna take 5-10 days to get a refund.
Beware if you place an online order.

Avery Stratman is the real MVP! My baby fell asleep just as we were pulling up and Avery totally went above and beyond to take my order over the phone and bring my smoothie and pretzel bites out to my car! So kind. 😊

The smoothies are average but service is very slow. It shouldn’t take 12 minutes to get a smoothie when the store is slow. Customers for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s take the priority- they are in and out.
