I am a patient in the cancer center and all I wanted was a sub and something sweet. I forgot to change my address on the door dash app so I had to cancel my order and was not able to get a refund! I when through all different types of obstacles to get my food but when it FINALLY arrived I realized the store had gifted me an extra cookie and $10 gift card to the store . Whenever I am down or sick this is ALWAYS my go to store and now because of this it will be my FOREVER store!

The guy working tonight (6/11/2024) around 9pm deserves the biggest raise. He makes the best sandwiches EVERYTIME. I usually put chips in my sandwhich.. but I was so distracted by how well the sandwich was made that I forgot to even open the bag before the sandwhich was gone. 10/10!

You can get what you came for at this JJ'S location. Don't expect steller service, however. This shop is basicly on the MSU campus and is fully stocked with college age employees.

I waited about an hour for my sandwich to be delivered. I thought that my order was possibly misplaced, so I called the store. The woman who assisted me on the phone was very polite and informed me that their driver had just gotten there for his shift. She offered me a refund, or I could choose to continue with my order to be delivered. I chose to still have my food delivered. I’ll tell you what, it was worth the wait!! One of the best sandwiches I’ve had from there! Times are tough, and finding good help is even tougher, so instead of writing a nasty review like many others, I give them 5 stars! I love Jimmy John’s. This is the first time I had a problem with my order, but again, it was worth the wait!
