I bring a buy 2 sub coupon get 1 free coupon from the recipt roll from cub foods the employees plays dumb with me won’t take or look coupon and gives me 15% off discount so they screw me out of 5.00 and guy says I don’t know how ring it in Ryan the general manager takes no accountability

The food and service here and holly oak are awful. I tried the new one in st.peter and the service was fantastic and they served fresh food! The holly oak locations veggies are always sour and rarely have fresh bread.

Won't refund missing food delivered by an Uber driver on an online order. There's no indication beforehand that ordering delivery on Jimmy John's website will lead to an Uber delivery; after placing an order you'll receive a text that the store has set up an Uber delivery for you. I understand they don't have drivers staffed at the moment.
I only received half of a giant sandwich, it was missing ingredients, and when I called the store and spoke with a manager about this, they were confused why I was calling and didn't know what they could do.
A 1/2 a sub isn't worth almost $30, that was supposed to be two meals.
On a positive note, they sent plenty of napkins; probably enough for a Giant.

When I told them my order, they blurted, “no unwhiches.” No offer of substitute or even eye contact. Very poor. We were not greeted when we walked in and there was no clear indication where to order. Skip!
We went in and my wife ordered, and lettuce wrap. I proceeded to want to order and sandwich, however they could not for the life of them they could not figure out how to warm the meat and cheese without toasting the bread. Then when I said I would not be ordering a sandwich, the gentleman did not care, shrugged shoulders and gave no alternatives. The kind of service I felt here is what seems to be a degradation in many places.

I am a patient in the cancer center and all I wanted was a sub and something sweet. I forgot to change my address on the door dash app so I had to cancel my order and was not able to get a refund! I when through all different types of obstacles to get my food but when it FINALLY arrived I realized the store had gifted me an extra cookie and $10 gift card to the store . Whenever I am down or sick this is ALWAYS my go to store and now because of this it will be my FOREVER store!
