Being Diabetic I always purchase the Un-wich. I have kept bread almost totally out of my diet. Three separate times I have gone to this location and they say they don't have the lettuce for the Un-wich. If I go to the College location they will go to the cooler and get it.

Double charged me for my drive thru order. Then said they couldn't refund me at the store. I've had to spend days calling 800 numbers and emailing and still no refund.
Edit: I already called the 800 number and left feedback. Still don't have my money back.

Our sandwich took about two hours to arrive. When it did arrive the delivery guy said he spilled our drinks. We were offered new drinks that he would need to deliver again or a refund on the drinks. We went for the refund. The refund never came. I got in touch with customer support who reached out to the store to contact us. Several times i have updated corporate customer support and they said they have asked the owner to contact us each time for this incident. It's been several months later and we still have not received a refund for the drinks we never received and the owner or manager never did attempt contact.

It took an hour for my sandwich that was sitting in the drive through window. Multiple employees walked by and ignored me. Drive through line was longer than the parking lot. Meanwhile inside they are drinking soda and talking to each other. One then decides to take out the trash. Comes back sees me and ignores me again. Then 10 min after that I got my sandwich. 1 hour for 1 sandwich no drink no chips. This place is a disgrace to jimmy John’s.

This store always has great friendly service. I have picked up at this Jimmy John's location approximately 3 times in the last 5 months for lunch and always have a pleasant experience with staff. The issue is in the food. The bread is never soft. It ranges from firm to quite hard as it is today. That is what prompted my review. You can knock on the loaf and hear it. Not the same quality of food at all compared to the campus location. It is always disappointing as I don’t check my sandwich until I am back at my office. Shame on me for not checking but I would expect fresh bread, not at least 2 day old rocks.

I just went through the drive-through there and whoever is there now or higher than a kite. Taking my order and thinking it was all a joke and then on top of it at the window when I was getting my food finally, they dropped my food before they served it out the window and proceeded to give it to me.

Cashier didn’t ask for our rewards. We asked for a receipt and she didn’t know how to print one. She asked her manager and said her manager said they couldn’t provide one. They were really busy so I’m pretty sure they were lying and just wanted us out of the drive thru. Busyness isn’t an excuse for poor customer service. Didn’t get credit for 3 subs and was supposed to get 50% off my next sub.
Absolutely the worst food service establishment I’ve been to in years. Food was disgusting, bread was stale, almost looked like they ripped a moldy part off. Meat tasted off. But doesn’t surprise me from reading the rest of the reviews! Won’t be back!

Wow, just wow. I was in town visiting my sister and we went to grab a quick bite to go. I swear the employees were stoned to start with. We grabbed our food and left, got down the road to find out they forgot to put bacon on my sandwich. I guess I could live with that but when I took my first bite, I couldnt believe how dry the bread was, it almost crunched. It had to be from the day before. Then I got a taste of the lettuce, omg. It was soggy and slimy, I spit out the first bite and couldn't take another bite. It was horrible. Definitely do not recommend.

I don't visit Jimmy John's very often but was with some friends in the area and decided to try it again.. After the sandwich and service I received. I know why I stopped going, bread was dry, lettuce half rotten and the tomatoes weren't any better. Asked the manager if he would eat a sandwich like this and he just blew me off and said there was nothing he could do about it.. I will not he visiting a Jimmy John's again!!

I've eaten at lots of Jimmy John's but this one won't be the one I go back to. Bread was dry like it was a week old. Bathroom was disgusting. Service was garbage. I dont need much when I'm ordering food. But at least acknowledge I am in the store. I'll go to subway next time I was a sub.
