We ordered on the app today. We got the 5 chicken strip meal. They strips are disgusting. They are over cooked and you are supposed to get 5 and there were tiny pieces. I guess a tiny piece counts as 1 strip. I also ordered the potatoes without gravey and they came with gravey. I am done giving this place a chance!
Made an online order. Came in waited patiently, the girl behind the counter grunted at me to request what I needed, she did not use a question or even words. Started reading off my order with the F word between every actual word. Then started throwing the chicken into the box for the last box we needed. Literally throwing. I feel sorry for her coworkers nobody should have to work with someone that negative. Go anywhere else.

KFC offers great food and friendly service. The restaurant was busy, but the employees were quick and helpful. The decor is typical, but the service has improved. Food was amazing and had some soul in it. The people there just do their job. The restaurant is super clean each time. Food was quick even though it was definitely busy in the drive through. Customers have waited 20 minutes for food. Sometimes they fill drive-thru and DoorDash orders before counter orders. They were very helpful and able to fix a problem with a wrong bucket of chicken. They were helpful and friendly.
