My mobile order was missing large fries, two large sides, and 7 sauces. Also when I went in to pick it up I waited for probably 5 minutes in an empty store before anyone came to the counter

Such a rip off. Placed an online order and got there and they said they couldn't find it. Charged me $19 And I showed them my bank charge and they still wouldn't give me my food and make it right! So disappointed. It's not what it used to be.

This place is awful. The service time is unacceptable. There are many employees standing around being clowns in the back while the rest try to do all the work. Even after waiting 20 minutes, the only thing fresh was the biscuit. The rest was cold and crusty. Strive to be more like faribault KFC.

Order inside the lobby quite a few times and I stand there for a long time like 10 minutes for a employee to come take my order and majority of the time i’m missing something from my meal the food is good but service need improvement and the place could use a good cleaning too if you are in a rush don’t come here it’s unfortunate
Service was super slow, waited a half hour for my food. As I waited, I witnessed multiple employees handle food without washing their hands AND without gloves. DISGUSTING

Took a bout an hour to recieve our mobile order and then it was missing the coleslaw and the condiments. Pretty disappointing. While waiting a hispanic couple came in and one of the employees got pretty upset they couldn't speak English. There was 3 of is inside waiting about the same amount of time. No efficiency, no urgency, just seemed like no one cared, except for one lady. Who was trying but then Everyone else needed something from her, and she was getting frustrated.
Then it got worse. We got home, the coleslaw, the whole reason for the trip was missing... long story short after being accused of trying to get free food, over 1.5 hours after trying to get food we finally had all of it and the only edible thing was the coleslaw. Not worth the time or the money.
