We usually come through town on a week night and need a fast meal. I have waited 20 minutes to be served a pot pie that was already cooked and a chicken bowl. They are always busy in the drive thru and with door dash and seem to fill those orders before fill the orders placed at the counter.

Prices are are beyond what is acceptable. So my Husband and I stepped away from the counter/register and headed straight to Pizza Ranch and had wonderful Chicken, made at My Husband's place of Employment. And placed a pizza request and sit down order for 2 ppl, which was cheaper than what KFC was asking for a 10 piece of Leg and thigh pieces meal deal. ( Which would have gone up to or even over $40.00 dollars. I mean come on ppl running KFC, it wasn't even a 10 piece of Breast n wings. I'll never go there again, I mean to any KFC establishment. I always leave it, so disappointed ☹️😔.

At 7:00 on Wednesday evening after working I decided to stop and get a sandwich I haven't been there in years now I remember why I ordered a drink endless told their machine wasn't working, then I got to the window to pay for my sandwich in coleslaw the lady that took my credit card was quite rude, then she came back to the window and told me to drive around back to their back door and she was very rude about it I waited for 10 minutes no one showed up I was alone in a back alley in the dark so I went to the front door I was handed a bag with my food my sandwich was falling apart and I wasn't given any silverware and only one napkin. I will not be returning again.

Lobby was closed at 4 with a partial menu....no original chicken....might as well have closed if u don't have the help and everything on the menu....place sucks and this is the first time at a KFC in 10 years.....horrible experience...will never go there again
I ordered via the KFC website. It stated 5 minutes to pick up. My hubby got there and waited over a half hour for the order. We did not receive what we ordered! I ordered an extra potato and gravy, PAID FOR IT, and was not given to us. The chicken pack I picked was not what was given to us. 30 bucks for wings and individual sides. What the heck KFC? I ordered ahead for pick up because last time we visited, we also waited over 30 minutes for our order. I ordered AHEAD and Paid for food that was swapped without consent. We live 30 miles from your establishment. To say we were very disappointed AGAIN is an understatement. This was a small order for 2. It shouldn't have been that difficult.

Horrible service, I paid for my food online, went to pick it up and was told when I went to the lobby that was locked that I had to go through the drive-through which I did and then they told me it was still going to be another 25 minutes For my order so I decided I would wait even though I was not happy about it. I sit out in my car in the back where they told me to wait and I see the worker that told me it was going to be ready in 25 minutes, talking to her friends in a car. I still decide to wait for a little while longer now I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Still no food. The girl is still talking to her friends and there’s cars parked around the building waiting for food. I’m not sure how this place is open or who owns it, but it is very poorly managed. I hadn’t been there in years and thought I would give it a shot because I had a taste for chicken I guess I won’t be back.

KFC is always my favorite food. My family tried to eat here 2 days ago and we waited for a long time to get our order because the 2 employees were arguing and yelling each other. Very unprofessional people. I will never come back to this restaurant again.
