Only got a sandwich, drive thru. Was told to pull behind the store. I waited 15 mins but had to leave in order not to be on time for work. All I wanted was a sandwich, that's abysmal!

Poor service, very slow, lady came in from the drive-thru and said KFC employee gave her meals to the van behind them. Customer in lobby refused two wraps because we watched an employee make them with bare hands. I love KFC chicken but this is the first time I couldn't stomach the meal, chicken flavor was way off. I should have gone somewhere else to eat tonight.

Expensive. I wanted a two piece chicken dinner. They would only serve me wings for the same price. So than I ordered 3 chicken strips and fries. The fries were so salty. The soft drinks are watered down. Keep driving.

Should know better than to come the Mankato KFC drive through!! Screwed up our order again by giving the wrong side, no butter for the biscuit. When I called and the manager offered to take my name so I could get a free Cole slaw, told her to forget it. Cold day in hell before I give this KFC another chance.

Whoever was working august 20 at 6pm deserves a raise. Sounded a little younger and she was sooooo nice. I’m pregnant and ordered off DoorDash and I was having weird cravings and she made sure they made it exactly how I wanted even tho it was a complicated request! Sufficed my pregnancy cravings! Love
Spent 31 dollars in total and received the smallest meal imaginable, wish I checked before I left the store. Just go to Culver's.

Has gotten very expensive, half our 2 family order buckets were cold food. Still had me pull around to wait. Didn't get any plates, forks, napkins, butter, or honey for all the biscuits. Got about 4 littlw dipping sauces for 2 family size buckets of chicken. Stuff tasted old.

Lady that helped me at the window was fairly rude, got upset when I didn't tell her about my coupon at the speaker when I didn't know if I had to. I asked for soda water, just unflavored carbonated water, and she was rude to me saying she doesn't know what it is and that they don't have it. Didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt and didn't give me one, so I had no idea if I was charged full price instead of coupon price. This all wouldn't have been an issue is she wasn't rude. I'm a fast food worker and have been for a while, I know how someone should act towards customers at minimum, and this was just exsesively rude the whole time for absolutely no reason.
