I am deeply disappointed. Clearly posted online AND on the door it shows you are only CLOSED on Mondays… therefore when I arrived on Wednesday Jan. 21 at 7pm the doors were locked, light OFF, and nobody to be found. All the other times I’ve been in the store the service the was worrible, the donuts dry, music blasting, and my smoothies have been make incorrectly and they did nothing about it. There used to be a regular employee who was very sweet and made sure everything was perfect but I haven’t seen her in awhile :( Otherwise I am unimpressed by the downhill spiral of this store.

I ordered yesterday thru door dash for a dozen and a half donuts for my office so I can pick it up right away in the morning. When I got in there wasn't a donut in site. The guy didn't know there was an order so obviously didn't check it and said they didn't make any yesterday so it won't be done till 10. I understand people mess up and they didn't have any ready but don't you think they would check to see if there were any orders coming through so a customer doesn't go out of their way to pick up a scheduled order only to be turned away? I got a sorry but no apology gift card or a free small smoothie for an inconvenience. Pretty sad honestly since I love their donuts. Guess I'm sticking to a more reliable place from now on.

I love getting donuts here. They're always fresh and generously sized for the price. The apple fritter is especially good.
But I'm not sure why every time I've gone on a Sunday morning there is only one employee working. It's strange and makes a line always form. And the lobby only has a few working lights which make it feel dark and dingy.

Place was filthy, the floors/counters were sticky. Didn't look swept or mopped in awhile. If that didn't turn us off some the donuts were very stale and dry. Understaffed and the owners are extremely rude. Overall very bad experience, kept getting worse and worse. Would not recommend at all.

The website says it closes at 10pm but i went there at 9pm and the door was already locked, there was nothing on the door or website about why i would be closed early.

My friends and I have been going to Krusty's every Friday for the past 3 years. We loved getting our weekly donut, which were so fresh and so soft. Recently, we have noticed that the donuts are hard and dry, as if they are from the day before. Mind you, we come at 7:30am so they wouldn't be stale yet. I hope they start to improve their quality again as I have opted to stop buying donuts from this location and just go to Dunkin. Also we miss the guy that used to be there every Friday morning the last two year.

I went to Krusty's Donut Shop and the customer service was amazing! They treated me with high energy, respect, and recommended me some really good donuts!! They kinda told me about them, how good their donuts are, what's new, and what she liked! I loved the donuts—they were soft and soooo good! I definitely agree with the sign "best in town" (which is what drew me in?). The blueberry donut was my fav! I also got a glazed and something called Oreo, which were both delicious.
