I had a rough day, so my husband and I stopped by McDonald’s for a Happy Meal. We were given ranch instead of the sweet and sour sauce we ordered. When I asked for an exchange, Ryan helped us right away and apologized for the mistake. He was very friendly, and after I sat back down, he surprised us with an extra Shamrock Frappé, smiling as he asked, “Do you like mints?” It was a small gesture, but at the end of a long day, we truly appreciated his kindness.

The front counter customers are just as important as the drive thru customers and I feel that McDonald’s as a whole doesn’t do that great at serving the inside customers.

I cannot believe that you can... wait in the drive up for two cheeseburgers for 15 minutes, take the cheeseburgers to your husband for work, have him open then up to find one breakfast sandwich, return it to the McDonald's and get the two cold original cheeseburger's as a reward. Done with this McDonald's.

Prices have gone way up. Quality and size of food has gone waaayyyy down. Flavorless fries. It’s been 6 months since we’ve been to a McDonalds. Now I know why. It’s better to travel with a picnic lunch packed from home than to eat this food while traveling on the road.

Yesterday, I asked for a Carmel frappe using my points for it. I usually have a special and pretty odd request of having the bottom drenched in Carmel. The workers were super funny and understanding about it, even making some small jokes. The frappe came out amazing looks and taste wise?
