Ordered door dash delivery, no happy meal but made sure to give us the milk that came with it! Ordered a coke and got a flat dr pepper. Food was cold even though it was delivered right from store (watched the driver on the map). The sandwiches were slopped together and a mess! Terrible terrible food!!

My daughter wanted extra pickles on her hamburger. When we got it, it only had 3 pickles on it. Aerial, came back with a different hamburger, and wow she made my daughter's day! Huge shout out Aerial!! Thank you for going up and beyond for a 5yr old!!!

I wanted a sausage biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit and a medium mocha frappe. I had to repeat the order 4 times and the lady still could not get it right. So I had to place the order at the window and the same lady still could not get it right. A manager had to help. Then food wasn't ready so had to pull around and after 10 mins of waiting had to go inside to get it as they forgot about it. I will never ever go back to this McDonald's again!!!!!!

I can't say how many times I've needed some fast food in a hurry and gone to this McDonald's, quickly glance to make sure I have the right food, then leave and by the time I have a moment to eat, it turns out to be the wrong food and I don't have time to go all the way back and get it corrected. Maybe that's my fault for not being thorough, however...
When I say the wrong food, I mean food I literally cannot eat because it has cheese melted onto it, or its just been made completely wrong and not what I asked for. I do NOT ask for complicated meals. Also, almost every time I get fries they are completely without salt. Why do that?
The only nice thing I can say is that the workers are very polite and quick. But, polite and quick don't mean much when the food is screwed up. Repeatedly.

Used to go here all the time and the staff were really kind till one day me and my bf got kicked out by the manager for having my bf’s service dog with us even tho she was calm and sitting and not bothering anyone and they claimed it’s a “private place” even though it’s a public place completely went against ADA laws will not be returning to this McDonald’s again
