I had a rough day, so my husband and I stopped by McDonald’s for a Happy Meal. We were given ranch instead of the sweet and sour sauce we ordered. When I asked for an exchange, Ryan helped us right away and apologized for the mistake. He was very friendly, and after I sat back down, he surprised us with an extra Shamrock Frappé, smiling as he asked, “Do you like mints?” It was a small gesture, but at the end of a long day, we truly appreciated his kindness.

Yesterday, I asked for a Carmel frappe using my points for it. I usually have a special and pretty odd request of having the bottom drenched in Carmel. The workers were super funny and understanding about it, even making some small jokes. The frappe came out amazing looks and taste wise?

I get good service every time I go through the drivethru. I basically order the same thing every day and stress it is a Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Today is the second time in a month I did not get the cheese that I paid for on my sandwich. Once, I got a Sausage McMuffin, no egg or cheese. This would have been 5 star if you can correctly record and fill my order. My order on screen and receipt are correct, just not the food.
