Madison Ave has always been my favorite McDonald's. I messed up placing my order today and the young gentleman who helped me was very helpful and made things right, even though it was my fault. Once again, great service, great food & great people!

I placed a mobile order today, and there was a glitch in the app so it didn’t show up in the store’s system. Without hesitation, Raya (I might be spelling that wrong) jumped in and helped me get it sorted, and within 10 minutes I had my food and was on my merry way. I greatly appreciated the swift and pleasant service! Amazing staff at this location, always helpful and lobby clean!
