CHEAP AND GREADY! Got a 5 dollar meal deal, asked for a water cup, they marked it as a small water on the menu screen, check my receipt and they upcharged me for a bottle of water and i recieved a bottle of water. No wonder these GREEDY CORPORATE CHEAPSKATES are one of the most profitable. They do this BS every time! They forgot the napkins, the chicken nuggets were not very fresh, and the burger was extra greasy. Oh and dont forget about how they always annoy you with rounding up. Or is this their way or making even more money ??? Everyone now is trying to get you to round up or even give them a tip before you get your order. You make enough money as a company donate it yourself instead pressing every customer. Or find a less invasive way.

Every time I've been there my food is always luke warm, never hot 🔥, take more pride in serving hot food, In stead of serving the food that's been sitting in the warmer, and is past due. cold fries, please at least they cold of been hot it only takes 6 min to drop a new bag. Very disappointing

We went through the drive-thru we ordered 4 folded eggs with cheese on each one. Also a sausage mcgriddle meal. They said it was 19$ and something cents. They asked if I wanted to round up. I said yes to make it a even 20$. But when we got to the window they said your total is $24.29. I said no. They said 20 when we ordered. Turns out they didnt charge me for the cheese. First off thats not my fault they didnt charge me to begin with. Then to top it off, when we got our food, and pulled it out of the bag after we got back on the road. They only put 2 slices of cheese on the eggs. They over charged for what they served us/ you could say stole money from us.

This has been my favorite McDonald’s. Lately the customer service and food has been horrible. Shove your food out the window and don’t even great you. My food was cold on top of it. Not expecting a four course meal, but warm food would be great. I felt like an inconvenience. I am also not a person that puts up negative reviews, but this has been multiple times now. I will have to change my location.

Did not mix my frape, and when I asked and paid for extra Carmel; the gal adding the Carmel pretended to put extra/ didn't grab a new Carmel bottle. Also took like 10 minutes, am shifts seem to be alot slower then afternoon/pm. One on Madison avenue is better
The service was fairly quick and everyone was great. The food unfortunately was not. The first half of my fries were seemingly fresh but the second half were old and cold. Thinking that’s whatever I’ll just eat my 2 cheeseburgers which neither really had any flavor at all. Burgers just seemed old too. Won’t be back to this McDs for awhile. :(
