I'm amazed at how much customer service has changed, especially with thier wages going up to 16.00 an hour starting. There used to be a great amount of pride in their customer service. Tonight I stood at the counter for almost 10mins before I was even acknowledged. Ally food was incorrect with exception to the fries.
