Haven’t eaten anything all day long. Decide to get 6 p chicken nugget and fries and a drink. First off the person taking my order was crabby and rude! And then after I leave I notice I got a kids meal WITH 4 FRIES!!!!! Cmon and.. no receipt. Never going back Very disappointed and still hungry

Worst customer service ever. The girl at the drive thru taking orders today around 9 am was rude and couldn’t even talk to us just glared at us. Had to pretty much remake every sandwich ourselves cause they were thrown in bag barely wrapped in paper making a huge mess. Also how does no McDonald’s machine in Mankato work to make a caramel mocha!

Black Friday morning is one of the busiest times of the year, yet this location clearly failed to handle the rush. The Manager on Duty (MOD) must be retrained or demoted for neglecting lobby orders and focusing solely on the drive-thru. It raises questions about whether ticket times are only prioritized for drive-thru customers nowadays. Many of us were left waiting for over 30 minutes. We had to take the initiative to ask for our food, all while watching the manager give preference to drive-thru orders. It's unacceptable, especially since they weren’t even short-staffed.
It’s outrageous that customers had to speak up for any action to be taken. While the older crew member woman was friendly and attentive, the blame lies squarely with the MOD and whoever scheduled that manager. I sincerely hope the owner, Colleen, pays attention to these reviews. Our food was not even served hot—it clearly sat there for too long. This experience needs to improve.
The time was 630am. Over 15+ lobby orders waiting. People left while coming in as we told them the craziness. People from drive thru were even coming in complaining about their orders being wrong and or missing items.

What more can be said about McDonald's, if you like the food at one you will probley like the food at all of them. Consistency is the key and when it comes to a exceptional fast food experience I feel this restauant is worthy of a mention

Fish sandwich was a tartar sauce mess, no napkins and the sandwich has shrunk.
Only thing I hate is my fries are usually not completely full I mean is it that hard to completely fill the fries up for the size you’re paying for? The other part of that is do like they do in europe for the fries they place napkins over the top when they put it inside the bag so they don’t touch the fries with their hands and to keep fries from falling out.

went in after work and was super hungry. Ordered and when i pulled up to the first window to pay the dude was on his phone on facetime with someone and didn’t open the window for 5 mins. I was super confused. Finally opened the window and told me his system was down and I asked for other options like to pay with cash to get my food since they had already taken my mobile code. Anyways he said no I had to wait about 5 more minutes to pay and he shut the window. Didn’t offer any customer service. was more concerned about talking to his girlfriend on FaceTime than actually working. Super annoyed.

We maybe visit this location once, maybe twice a month. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they forget one or multiple items every time. It’s become part of our routine to order from the app, curbside pickup, check what’s missing, and go on and request it. This time they forgot four drinks and a four piece McNugget. We were given some cookies for our troubles, but this can’t only be happening to us.

Ordered meal and paid to make it large sized. Recieved my meal and they handed me a medium pop. I told them that I ordered a large meal. They said it only makes the fries large. Thats BS unless they just changed recently. I told them I would like the large drink and they said I only paid for a medium. Pretty sure they cost the same unless they just changed that as well. Anyway it cost over $12 and I didnt get what I wanted.
