Daughter wanted late lunch soi drove up to the drive thru and attempted to order food for her, the automated system asked if I was using the app said no, then waited for 5 mins. Heard nothing Soni said hello, still nothing. Maybe McDonalds can get better tasting food and good service at some point.

In the drive thru -Was told to pull aside and wait for 2 glasses of water, waited 15 minutes and no one came out with our water. Gal working the window had an attitude and I doubt we’ll be back to this location.

I've always usually had good experiences from here, but just now I tried to place an online order for breakfast food around 10:15 and by the time we got here, it was a little past 10:30. They told me we couldn't get the food because it was too late and would just give us a refund. They gave us one of our two drinks and we left. Not sure why this has become a thing as I've gotten my breakfast food I've ordered before 10:30 before but I'm quite disappointed and irritated. They couldn't even give us all of our drinks.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I pull up and immediately it feels like they are trying to rush you out instead of take your order. Then when I pull up the managers are staring at me like a zoo animal. Anyway I get to the window to get my food and I’m handed the wrong drinks and missing half my order. I told the guy at the window that this wasn’t right and he said “ that’s what you paid for” when it clearly wasn’t. I asked if I could pay the difference at least for my drinks ( I was given 2 smalls instead of larges), and he shut the window while I was talking. This is embarrassing and unprofessional !

Ordered fries, and a big mac. Asked for extra pickles and mac sauce. Hardly any lettuce, only 2 pickles and it was drenched in mac sauce. Youd think extra only means a little more- not the whole bottle. Had to use napkins to remove sauce from the middle bun because it was soggy. the fries were also stale and old. I went through drive through and asked them to make it fresh- never going through drive trhough and only going in from now on.

This McDonald's in Mankato had the worst service times for getting your food. It took over 15 minutes to get 2 meals for breakfast. When we ordered, there were no numbers to place on your table to have food delivered. Everyone that placed their order on the kiosk, had the same issue and would put'1' on the ticket. When we finally got the food, the hash browns were cold and crunchy and the pancakes were barely warm with cold hard butter that wouldn't spread. The syrup was actually cooler, so you were eating cold pancakes. Wouldn't recommend this location if you are wanting fast food fast. McDonald's has gone downhill regarding service and food delivery quickness.

Stopped in today while my vehicle is getting a bath at Snell. Was craving some breakfast. Ordered the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a caramel mocha iced latte. Sandwich was FRESH! My latte looks like the pictures and tastes yummy. The staff ( I think his name was Dean) that brought my order to my table was so kind , polite and courteous. Just wanted to make sure that

Not only did it take 23 minutes to get my order but when they did, they had given our food to someone else and then didn't know what to do. I finally just said give me a refund and that took an act of God since I paid on the mobile app. Definitely a disappointment today.

Haven’t eaten anything all day long. Decide to get 6 p chicken nugget and fries and a drink. First off the person taking my order was crabby and rude! And then after I leave I notice I got a kids meal WITH 4 FRIES!!!!! Cmon and.. no receipt. Never going back Very disappointed and still hungry

Worst customer service ever. The girl at the drive thru taking orders today around 9 am was rude and couldn’t even talk to us just glared at us. Had to pretty much remake every sandwich ourselves cause they were thrown in bag barely wrapped in paper making a huge mess. Also how does no McDonald’s machine in Mankato work to make a caramel mocha!
