I always order the spicy Korean steak noodles but this time it wasn’t even spicy and the small size they always put at least more in should have looked as if it was a medium. The cashier did not conversate very well socially awkward. Dining area was so disgusting as if no one swept or mopped the floor as well as most tables were dirty. Was not busy at all and I could just tell the workers were being lazy. Me and my s/o’s potstickers were so freaking cold and just disgusting, and no one asked how it tasted just gross. They socialize more with each other than they do with customers worst customer service experience ever. I’ve worked fast food and dine in restaurants just very displeased with the setting and the environment don’t recommend!

I've visited this location several times and had excellent service and food on all occasions. The restaurant is also very clean. Food-wise, my favorites are their mac & cheese and their pad thai. I don't usually get meat added to the pad thai if you wanted to go the meatless route. I noted their was plenty of scrambled egg for protein but you could always add meat (shrimp, chicken, steak, etc) if that suites you. Great lunch spot!

I’m a nurse and I ordered food for pickup. Unfortunately my shift ran later than anticipated and I missed their closing time for pickup. I called and the workers were nice enough to wait for me to get there to pickup my food. Excellent customer service and just what I wanted after a long shift. Thank you!!

The location we went to is a pretty new store. Many moons ago, it was a Hollywood Video. Well, there are no vhs tapes here anymore, but you can get a great bowl of noodles. They were obviously understaffed, but they still came through. The food was great and the service was fast.

The workers, service and location are great but seems like over the years the quality has dropped a bit. Like the Mac and cheese used to be super creamy with lots of cheese sauce and now there's barely any cheese sauce and it kinda watery.

My orders are almost always wrong or missing items! It doesn't matter what location. CHECK YOUR ORDER! I get home 45 minutes away only to find my wife's Gluten free penne Rosa made wrong. No dinner for her. Or I get home and my dinner is missing! Ridiculous! This has happened at least 6 out of the last 10 times I have ordered. I shouldn't have to make sure my order is complete or made right buy I guess that's my job now.

I used to love this place so much. I am gluten free and have many other food allergies and sensitivities so can’t eat many places, especially when it comes to something fast and on the go.
I was here around 4 (so not busy) between pics for my daughter’s prom and the grand march. I did not want to get sick (GERD and MCAS) so I stopped to eat so I could take my afternoon medicationsI found I could No longer use my points unless I ordered through the app. Rhiannon (sp?) Was very cheerful and helpful and showed me how/ helped me place the order bc it was not busy.
I paid with Apple Pay and it flashed up on my banking app as a notification that I paid- it showed on the noodles screen but then disappeared. I spoke to the manager who refused to fill the order due to him ‘no longer seeing it’ even though Rhiannon said it was there on their order screen then disappeared. Manager, Jacob, offered that I PAY FOR IT A SECOND TIME ? what?!! and not use the app… ummm so I should pay $30 for one meal?! ? I showed him the banking app and the time and date was NOW but he would not make an exception or make any effort to fix this.

By this time I needed to leave to see my daughter at grand March her senior year.

Rules and protocol are important factors but so is common sense and keeping customers satisfied so they come back… while Rhiannon was so helpful, I can’t say that the manager Jacob was helpful or accommodating in any way. His response was to call and we’ll ’figure It out Monday’ if the charges are still there… ummm no bc it will be forgotten or he won’t be the manager that day so who would believe this wasn’t a serviced charge. Yes it’s only $15 but the point is — one I can’t use my points- it’s not safe to use the app, the expense shouldn’t be mine when the problem was clearly on their end. being in the retail/ service field you want to satisfy ppl so they come back.
Very disappointed as I do not trust coming here (as a chain) now and definitely do not use the app to order…
