This little bar has lots of personality that I don't often see. Had some good bar pizza and the drinks were tasty

Old, rustic saloon style bar with a diverse, older crowd of people, Kind of a simple gathering place for the 40 to 60 crowd. There was love music, and the place was full. Though I had never been there before, I got the sense that most people were repeat businessNo frills... Just large bar with a band. There was also a side room with pool tables, and an outdoor seating area where the smokers would gather. I know it has been there for a long time, and they know and cater to their demographic well.

I understand bartenders being busy on band nights, but waiting 20 minutes for anyone to even come into our area only for him to serve the regulars around us and not even acknowledge our presence and then walk away is just pathetic service. I could never imagine treating even my worst enemies who were customers like that. The people I was with that night have all written negative reviews, and instead of being professional and trying to make things right, whoever runs this page just blocked them instead. I’m sure I’m next. SO many better bars in Mankato and the surrounding areas. Decent venue, but fix your staff.

Great bar to visit. The owner and staff are very friendly and attentive. They have live bands on a regular basis.
Love this bar! My friends and I frequent here and always have a good time. I never have to worry about anything as the staff are always attentive to what’s going on in the bar. Great music, great vibes, great bartenders.

Went in the oleander new year's eve, 2023/2024 got 15 steps into the bar and was insulted by the drunk owner Tom. Then walked out disgusted.I've been going the over 25 years, and don't drink so there was no misunderstanding at all. He really turned into a peckerwood.I will never set foot in the oleander again. Not that he really cares about his bar business.
