I just had Dental surgery and It was hard to speak. I let the manager know and she was very patient and kind and allowed me to place my order even though it took me some time I really do appreciate the service that I was given and I believe she deserves a raise I'm not for sure if I am spelling the name correctly but I believe it's Aimi(Ahh-me). We need more managers like this in the world.. truly professional, truly kind.Thank you so much for all your help, My soups were delicious!!!

I drove an hour Christmas eve day to buy a bunch of items for the holidays. There was zero bread and the shelves looked empty besides a few bagels. I guess Panera is saving money by reducing inventory but you lost a customer. Scrooges!

This was the second time we got French onion soup without cheese or croutons. I want back in and got three croutons. 10$ for a cup of beef broth and onions. There was no compensation for their mistakes or apologies.

The mens restroom is as Dirty as it can be. We frequent Panera Bread, The mens restroom has Not been cleaned for at least 5 weeks. I brought it up to the General Manager. He said it was Stained. The urinal is Nasty, it smells. Panera Bread please change how you conduct your business. John

Hot, tasty, fresh food with decent ingredients. High price point, but the quality is there. Panera is one of the few restaurants whose Mac & Cheese I will eat. The Fuji Chicken salad is awesome! Soup variety and quality is good, too. I like the Wild Rice soup. Their Broccoli cheese is good, too. Baked goods are a bonus. Their food is where it's at for me.
