Wonderful staff and manager. But, I have two problems when i got my pizza. My pizza was hot but not fully cooked and the toppings were still greasy. So they didn't cooked my food all the way. Two, i didn't taste any bacon on my pizza. I did order pepperoni, beef, and bacon. But I didn't taste any bacon, but only sweets on my topic which was odd. ALSO, give your customer a warning about the yellow-green pepper on the food side. I did not order it and it kind of disgusted me when i saw it. The chicken poppers were absolutely delicious and I would rate them 4 stars.

The Management was not helpful when my roommate was trying to get his order fixed. When it came to customer service, they completely failed him and did not want to admit their mistakes. I think that this location should be more customer sensitive and try to resolve issues instead of not believing customers.

I had a friend order delivery from this Papa Johns. After 50 minutes of not receiving the pizza, he called the place back to see where his pizza was. The staff there claimed that the pizza was delivered and was signed off on. My friend stated that this was not the case and he had yet to receive the Pizza. The staff there escalated the situation by claiming he was lying and involving the police. After a 2 + hour ordeal, it ended in them finally giving a refund. The way the staff handled this situation was incredibly uncalled for and there is no excuse for it. I hope that something is done in the future to prevent this thing from happening again.

Horrible customer service. Scamming people out of orders by not delivering the pizza to the correct place, and then causing a ruckus when confronted. Try Gary's, Domino's or honestly anywhere else.

I ordered a large chicken spinach alfredo but I did not get any chicken on my pizza. When I called they said that I can call in for a free pizza. I call them after few weeks, they had not updated about the free pizza. I understand that people make mistakes but I feel like they need to fulfill their words. Very disappointed!!Never eating there.
