It should not take 55 minutes to get your food, and that was not from the time we sat down. That was how long it took after we ordered. Yes it was Father’s Day, but 55 minutes for burgers and fries? Utterly ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible service sat for an hour and got cold chicken. Watched five tables come and go before we got our breakfast when they had burgers and fries. When I brought it to management attention they handed me my bill and asked me to leave.

Great staff! We appreciated their patience while we had a long visit with old friends. Would definitely go here again. Oh, by the way, the food was delicious too!

Only ones in there and witness only checked on table twice had to wait for refills

We ordered our food which took 40 minutes to arrive. During that waiting period the waitress checked on every table except ours. After we got our food I asked for syrup and was intentionally ignored.I believe because my skin tone is less than favorable here. The waitress I had definitely needs more training. I will not be returning to this location, or another Perkins.

Waiter ignored us for 10 minutes, service was not there, asked how long she just walked away, had a family of 5 not small but not very big, was not very busy for breakfast, and was still very slow, definitely can improve on the service side of things answer questions and concerns for sure, doesn’t acknowledge the customer part for sure very self kept

Service was non existant, potato and egg was not cooked. Worst food ever and we love Perkins ... waited an hour for food.

The fruit was cantaloupe and honeydew. It was hard as rock and inedible. The service was friendly and rest of the meal was ok.

I received my meal with a muffin in which I have had the delicious muffins in the past. I choose a pumpkin muffin-one of my favorites. Upon receiving the muffin it immediately appeared over baked. When I sliced it-I could tell how dry not only the icing on top was, but also it crumbled because it was so dry. When our waitress came to ask how things were I shared my concern and she wasn’t at all interested in what I had to say and immediately said they were baked that morning. Had she even looked at the muffin she would have known it not only wasn’t baked that morning but more than likely had sat several days. I asked if I could get a different one and she told me “we don’t do that”. She walked away with no explanation or apology. She returned later and asked me to pick a different one. I’ve never returned food in a restaurant or had such a terrible experience in something that could have been easily resolved. Certainly will not be going back.

Bad service. My brother ended up finding hair in his food. My mother brought it to the attention of the manager and was very calm. The manager snapped and stated I’m not trying to argue with you and snatched the plate and walked away. She had been playing in her hair and scratching her head from the moment we walked in. We should have walked out at that point but we didn’t. Honestly they need to be wearing hairnets and need to be washing their hands constantly especially with handling people foods. Maybe they need a food handling course!
