Okay, if you get their call center, hang tf up and try again later. It took me 23 minutes to order a bogo. I paid $20, I would’ve paid $40 to save the headache. 9/10 times, if I’m ordering pizza, I’m tired and done dealing with the day.

Ive recently been mobile ordering food here quite a bit and they always do a great job! The food is always really good, never had any issues with it. I always order the deal box with a personal pan pizza and wings. The staff seem nice as well. My only complaint is how tiny the parking lot is and the difficulty parking in there/getting around other vehicles.

This is more of a delivery or pick up order pizza place. I was from out of town, using GPS to locate the Pizza place, I thought “oh no, it’s closed!” I happened to see a car on the side driving away so I pulled around. Out of town people if it football night and you want pizza ? and wings. It was good and worth the 17 minute drive. Although they do need a sign saying it’s open.

Ordered a pizza with garlic sauce and the entire middle crust was raw. I called and was told that it was because I ordered the garlic sauce and that they could "remake it, but it would be the same amount of raw." They refused to give me a full refund and offered me half of what I paid online as "store credit." PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!
Funny thing is I got this job, worked an hour, saw the red flags and quit before that hour was up. I shouldn't have tried to order here, in hindsight.

Ordered a pizza for delivery (tipped 25%), but it was never delivered. We have a ring doorbell (and 3 dogs that do what dogs do when someone comes to the door), so I am 100% positive it was not. The tracker says delivered at 12:09am. Of course the store is closed. I tried calling, but no luçk.

The stuffed crust pizza I ordered had the thinnest crust imaginable. They also didn't follow my order for what toppings go on which side. One positive is the root beer was delivered cold. The fees for delivery are too expensive when you are also expected to tip. The food tasted alright though, cheesy bread was good.

Ordered delivery. Said the delivery time but the rest of the updates were non-existent. I finally got a call from the hotel front desk and he said it had been there for an hour. Be better pizza hut! Your food is superior but the delivery drivers apparently are lazy and flakey. Just call me!!!
So after a day of traveling the last thing I wanted to cook at home so I decided to order out. I have had food from this location numerous times. I got the meat lovers melt my girlfriend got the cheese pasta and we got a order of bacon cheese sticks. Went to pick up the order and felt that one of the boxes was a bit damp but I didn’t think to much of it. Opened up the box with the melt and the bottom is CAKED in grease (so much so John travolta could do cosplay of Danny in my food box) my girlfriends sauce on her pasta was so creamy and garlicky that she could repel vampires. The cheese sticks were decent except the fact we had to recut them and they were Lukewarm when we got home

I’ve been trying to get in contact with this Pizza Hut for weeks, as my delivery order was incorrect. They told me they’d refund me and never did. I’ve called the number to get hung up on. I’ve contacted their online portal twice to get an automated message saying someone will call me in 3 business days with no response. And I’ve contacted their FB page who told me i need to contact the store. I just want my $10 back on my incorrect delivery item that i was charged for and never received.EDIT TO ADD- emailed 5/7 as requested and still no response. My review still stands with terrible customer service.

They made two of my pizzas wrong out of my order, but instead of remaking the correct ones for me, they offered me $5 off my NEXT order to resolve the issue. So I threw away two pizzas that I had to pay for and have to go get dinner from somewhere else, all for $5 off a next order that won't be happening.
