100% ridiculous!! Sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. 3 employees saw me waiting and just walked past the window. What happened to greeting a customer and checking on their order?!

My first time trying this place last night. There’s a lot of hype surrounding Pizza Ranch, but after trying the food, I don’t get it. I’d have rather had Papa John’s or Little Caesar’s. The buffalo chicken pizza had no heat. The pepperoni was okay, nothing special. The fried chicken was good, but the mashed potatoes tasted like something out of a box. Over-priced and nasty.

It's probably the only buffet around Mankato with decent food and service.
Disappointed by how far downhill this place has gone over the years. No fresh food at all. All food was old. No bowls available for soup which was at the very bottom of the pot. Dirty utensils. Made a salad and the ranch dressing or a different topping was extremely salty. Staff does not care. No bussing done at all. Staff all looked like they just rolled out of bed. One girl was wearing ripped wide leg jeans, had ear buds in and kept checking her phone while she shuffled her feet around cleaning. One guy reached over our table to grab the napkin dispenser to refill it, buy didn't bother asking to taking our plates. At 8:00pm, a girl told us to go get any food we want because they were tearing down the buffet, but they close at 9:00. Price went way up, but quality went way down. Never coming back.

Mankato’s Pizza Ranch is the best one and I’ve been in several within 25 miles of here. The foods buffets are always fresh and the place seems always full when we’re there. Love the salad bar, lettuces always fresh and the add ins are great. Chicken is great and love their green beans!! I’m Type 2 so always glad to see green beans rather than corn. The stuffed pizza is a must with the every thing pizza so good and fresh love our Pizza Ranch!!
