Potbelly consistently has fresh, hot, and tasty food. The malts are delicious. I can recommend the banana malt. If you're in a hurry I recommend the drive-through as it clearly has top priority. There has been long waits in the past but it has gotten better.It's VERY cold inside, consistently.

This was my first time trying Potbelly. I Ordered through Uber Eats and got a Soup, Sandwich, Chip/Smoothie combo and a pickle. For being called Potbelly I was deeply underwhelmed by portion sizes. My sandwich only had 1 very thin slice of each cut of meat and 1 slice of provolone cheese despite paying for double cheese while the Cuts of meat barely covered half of my sandwich. Favorite part of the meal ended up being the pickle. Minor complaint that there was no mention the whole pickle would be sliced into fourths, would have preferred it uncut.

Love the ambiance and food was so good. Got the chicken club and my partner got the Italian. BUT DO NOT GET HOT PEPPERS cried the whole meal from the pure heat and we were both left with a stomach ache. Will be returning just never again those peppers lol. Service was quick and easy too!
