We had six grandchildren with us and Pub 509 took excellent care of us. The food, service and atmosphere were all great! We will be coming back.

Kind of disappointed third time in this restaurant,
Menu doesn’t have price transparency correctly reflected.
Paid 100 bucks for three people to eat.
Server came over twice during the entire 90 minutes in the establishment.
Food came cold.
Portions are small for the price.
Drink prices also not reflected on menu
Not only that charge 90 cent for ranch when it’s supposed to come with it
Took us even 30 minutes to get water we ordered
Will not be going back!

We came in this weekend and had some fantastic blood Mary's, an awesome and tasty burger, and one of the best reubens I have ever had. We had the Hickory burger which was topped with pulled pork and bacon. It was quite tasty and very filling. The coleslaw as a side was really good too. The reuben was delicious. The corned beef meat was so good. Service was quick and friendly.

Great atmosphere with a modern fun feel. We went for breakfast and everything was great. Only complaint is that the coffee I have tasted burnt like it was in the pot for hours or from the previous day.

The Ruben was very tasty and moist, the fish and chips were crisp and flakey, the fries were very good. The Cole slaw was good.

This is the only place that can get me out during the week! Thursday night trivia is lighthearted and fun, making for a great midweek break. The host does an amazing job engaging with all the tables and even seems to know the regular teams, which adds a personal touch to the experience.
The food is just as impressive—I’m a huge fan of the cheese curds, wings, and the Pineapple Bowl. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether you’re here for the great atmosphere or the delicious food, this spot never disappoints! Highly recommend!
RESPONSE: The bartender did not check in with us when she returned. She checked in with the kitchen staff that had been watching the bar. Upon first arriving I had ordered a club soda with lime and he tried to pour it but said he’d wait on the bartender. My partner was waiting to order an old fashioned. We were only ever spoken directly to by the kitchen staff until I approached the bartender.
I was excited to check out pub 500. I had heard there was good food and drinks. I was ready for drinks and food. As soon as I walked in and set down, a kitchen staff member informed me the bartender was out and would be right back, but he could take our initial food order. I asked for sweet potato fries and he put the order in. The fries were brought to me before the bartender got back. The bartender went straight to their friends at the opposite end of the bar and disregarded me-the only other customer in the restaurant.
After I finished my plate of fries and still had not been approached by the bartender I gave up all hopes for ever being served a drink. I had to walk over to the opposite side of the bar and interrupt their conversation to tell the bartender I’d like to pay for my fries and leave now.
I will not return.

My wife and I had a few different cocktails and every one was spectacular. I am a little on the wing connoisseur side and there wings do not disappoint. I had 3 flavors that all impressed. Norwegian, Korean and the dry rub. The dry rub most impressed as I generally like wet over dry.

Super great night on a busy family weekend. Cajun Chicken Pita with sweet potato fries - delish. Best part: our FANTASTIC server Quinn with the deer antlers (close to Halloween) she hit every point - we didn’t want for a single thing. Bravo to your staff!
