This was the most beautiful Coffee Shop I have ever been to. The person who served us was so nice and very friendly. I ordered the May Flowers Lemonade and it was phenomenal and lovely. The lemonade was freshly squeezed and it was sweetened perfectly. It had house made lavender and rose syrup. This is going to be my new favorite summer refreshing drink. I was most impressed when I got my drink and they had paper straws! I think it’s very important to have a business with sustainability. I highly recommend this coffee shop. It’s clean, beautiful, a positive environment, and they have vegan options ( very hard to come by ).
Vegetarian options: There are options on the menus and baked good are labeled well.

One of my favorite coffee shops in town! The staff is so friendly, the coffee is great, and the shop is cute. Beautiful latte art. Highly recommended. My favorite drink is the salted caramel latte with oat milk. The basic batch brew coffee is also always good. The handle is my favorite breakfast item.
We came in for an espresso tonic a few days in a row, but they didn't have tonic water. We ended up going to the Saint Peter location. Both locations have great gluten-free doughnuts.

I have tried their matcha latte with oat milk for the first time and by far it is the best matcha you can find in Mankato area. River rock has been my go-to coffee place now. The only down part I wish the business hours opened longer on the weekend.
