Well, I've never been inside a scooter's coffee so I don't know what the atmosphere is but the drive-thru is always a wonderful experience! And the coffee is delicious! š And of course, my dog always loves her pup cup! š¶

Honestly went to scooter at least once a week, love it personally more than any other coffee chain here in kato. Personally love the peanut butter crunch and my partner gets the green tea blended. We have stopped going because they added a new charge system where it kind of feels like in forced to tip and the lowest tip is 20% Iām sorry but if Iām paying 15$ for coffee I will not be tipping. Than when you donāt tip itās just a very awkward and unpleasant interaction. Will be making my coffee at home unfortunately now.

I ordered a peanut butter blender and they forgot to add coffee to my drink - at a coffee shop. Really disappointed and didnāt find out about it until I was already at work and couldnāt go back to get a new drink.

usually love this location. my drink is always made correctly and the employees are nice, until today. i ordered an iced white mocha and a sāmores cold brew and the girl gives me a drink and says āhereās your iced white latteā and im like what āi ordered an iced white mochaā and she looks at her screen and says āyup. it says iced white mocha.ā and i said āokay so is this a mocha or a latte?ā and she said āits a latte.ā and i replied. āi ordered an iced white mocha. im sorry im just a little confused why you are calling it a latte.ā and she said ācuz its a latteā and im just like āokay. ya know what nevermind, its fine.ā she rolls her eyes and what not, obviously annoyed as i am. there is a difference between a mocha and latte. please learn them. also sorry for trying to clarify that i was getting the correct drink. the attitude and eye rolls were not needed. iām a paying customer, sorry that im just trying to make sure i got what i ordered and not get a random $7.00 coffee that i possibly wont like. this was my go to location, but not anymore. funny how that works out. not going to a place where employees donāt know the difference between a latte and mocha, which btw the difference is chocolate.

They are fine. I'm just really frustrated they shut ovens off about an hour before closing. When your kids are excited about a warm cookie for the drive home and then nothing. It can't be that hard to wait until closing.
Would probably be 5* if out of the multiple days a week I come for coffee at least if one of those times my drink actually got extra caramel on top like asked each time.
