The scooters on Madison ave is best. The other one acts like you're trying to get more from them when you ask for less ice. I ask for less ice because it takes me nearly all day to finish a drink. Someone who has had stomach surgery, it's annoying to get halfway through a drink in 3 hours and it be all water after that. Anyways, I digress.
My husband and I go to scooters when I don't want to make breakfast or for his protein shake. They're always wonderful and they've fixed any issues we've had. Definitely give their tomatoe, egg and feta chz bites cooked 10 seconds longer (trust) ☺️☺️

Been through countless times and Everytime they fail to reread my order to me like every other place I go to, today they told me $7 over the speaker and at the window she didn't read my order back and proceeded to pay me out the wrong order and give me the wrong drink. You need to train your employees to reread the order to the customer. This is the fifth time this month. I'm done with this location, it really shouldn't be open if they can't even get orders right.

Stopped to get a coffee before a baseball game and they saw I had my dog with me. They gave us a free dog toy and a huge pup cup for free! They were SO nice and went above and beyond. Made me and my dogs ;) day! Will be going back.

Very friendly staff. Most scooters say after the order, scoot around and we'll get your order ready. Clever , not sure if that is a company thing or the staff came up with it on their own. We've been to five different locations in the last month. So thankful they are expanding!!
