Ordered my drink and the app hasn’t said when my order is ready for the past month so I go there and I guess I got there too fast and was told in a rude term by the drive thru employee to wait longer for my order until they “text me” that’s it’s ready though the app hasn’t told me it’s ready for about a month. Just didn’t like the attitude, my online order is just like ordering at the drive thru. When I’ve waited for them to say it’s ready my drink was melted and my food was cold. Who wants to have an order that’s been sitting out forever.

I had stopped in yesterday for a Frappuccino and the lady taking my order was full of dog or cat hair. It was very disturbing to me hoping none would end up in my drink or someone's food. Working in a establishment that serves food and drink should have employees that are clean and represent the company in cleanliness and customer service.

I used a gift card I had from Christmas and ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with an extra shot of espresso. Super yummy!
The girl at the drive thru window was very friendly and inquired about our day as we waited for my drink. I tried to tip her but she said she would pay it forward to the next car. 😃

The hot coffee drinks are pretty consistent and temperature is perfect! But we only go to these types of coffee shops once in a while. Things have gotten too expensive!

I had one of their cranberry orange refreshers that cost over $6. It was barely 8 oz of liquid and loaded with ice. It was at that point that I decided to part ways with Starbucks.

Additionally the service is meh. Semi- adequate.

Now the CEO is trying to revive the company amidst declining sales. I think we can look forward to lower earnings and store closures.

What was once a unique coffee concept with tasty coffee and delicious baked goods is nothing but a shadow of its former self.

I guess all things eventually come to an end. May this company rest in peace.

UPDATE: As you can see, Starbucks responded to my review but their response was irrelevant. There was nothing wrong with my order. Rather my complaint was referring to the cost of the item. Now if Starbucks wanted to respond to my concern they would lower the prices to a more appropriate level.
