This morning, two of your employees, Elizabeth Franke and Ted Edward Fink both gave us unfair and unreasonable one-star reviews on Facebook citing anti-gun rhetoric. Neither of these people have ever done business with us. As a small, family owned and operated business, this hurts our employees and the reputation of your Starbucks where these posts originated this morning. I would appreciate it if the negative reviews were removed. Thanks so much!
