I was at this location on 11/19/2023 @around 9:45am. ordered a chicken quesadilla... NO CHICKEN. r u kidding me ?! the fact that this isn't the first time either. my husband ordered two soft shell supreme tacos.. NO SOUR CREAM. on both of them.. just sad and disappointing.

Absolute horseshit place to eat. Never go here. The dining room isn't open. found that out by pulling out of the drive thru after asking customers who just walked out if it would be faster. drive thru time is SERIOUSLY 30 min minimum no matter what time you go. They just had a renovation and have horseshit workers. I'm from Mankato and writing this review because going here as ALWAYS been a waste of my time waiting that long for s*** food. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY LIED ABOUT THE DINING ROOM BEING OPEN! that was the most irritating part after I just got out of line after waiting 15+ minutes. Dudes only job was to MEET people at the door and tell everyone the dining room is closed instead of locking the door lol. Def won't be supporting the Mankato TBell any longer. Won't get a damn dime from me and I hope the review inspires someone else to not give this establishment any business and I hope to god they close down cause it's ridiculous. read the other reviews!

Waiting in line for 30min. Totally understand that it was busy but once we go up to order and asked if they could do two separate orders they told us were lucky to ever be able to get anything. Okay....could have told us they could only do one.

You will wait for over 30 minutes in the drive through for them to skimp on portion sizes. If I could give a 0/5 I would. You wait shorter times at a sit down restaurant. Don't waste your time.

taco bell changing their hours so they close at 10pm was the stupidest f****** thing they couldve done. i have friends that work closing shifts and the only place they couldve gotten food was taco bell now there is no place. they had so much business from drunk people and stoners like they fully profited off that s*** but noooo. this is kinda personal because honestly most days dont start for me until after 10 pm also now they got all these people trying to cram into their drive thru because their lobby stillll isnt open like what the f*** is up with that???? most people have been fully vaccinated for months now and it would save you a lot of time the person running taco bell on madison ave is a f****** idiot and its on sight when i see them like im going to fight the manager of taco bell

I would give less than 1 star if possible. We just went through drive thru service and we were trying to order 2 drinks with our food since two of us in the car. Natalie cut us off and gave us a total and wouldn't let us finish our order and so we pulled forward to the window thinking we'd add our medium drink on there. She very rudely told us she could not accept an add on at the window and we'd have to go through the drive thru line again and walked away from the window to get our food. Came back and gave us our food after taking the payment. I asked for taco sauce and she grabs a handful of probably 10-15 packets and basically throws it at us. I called the manager who was no help and said he would talk to her and that we would have to come back through drive thru and wait after other cars. Was thinking about moving to Mankato but if this is indicative of what life will be like here for people of color, no thanks.

Horrible customer service. Going through the drive through, the manager yelled at us for not knowing how to mobile order. We apologized many times, and she kept getting very angry at us. This is not okay.

Delectable, refined, scrumptious food with a boastful peppering of authentic Mexican Culture - that's what you get at Taco Bell in Mankato. The staff is always warm - even on a cold day. This place is a sure bet. If i was able to put one word to this place, Authentic. If anyone tells you otherwise, I wouldn't trust them. Good luck my fellow Taco Belians.

We used to receive excellent service and good prior to 6 months ago. Since then, our order to go is never right, missing items that we paid for and tonight, the taco meat was cold. I know these are little things, but over and over again is a negative trend. Disappointing.
