Went through the drive-through, ordered a hard shell taco with sour cream and a small Patoto ole. I got to work halfway through the taco, and there was no sour cream. I called the store and explained the situation. She asked if I wanted to come back for sour cream. Really, after it's half gone. Mind you, they charged me for it. I checked the receipt. I asked the refund of the sour cream, and she said she can't it would refund the entire order. Now, let's ask ourselves, what would I do if I were that manager? Refund the meal. Yes, it's only .50 cents, but think about others who don't receive things in their order. Poor management.

Very clean food was good they didn't cook a quesadia all the way and I didn't feel like the service was very good I felt like the employees were very rude they remade my quesadia and agreed it wasn't good but laughed about it in the kitchen not very work appropriate I dont think ill be going back in and sitting down again.

this is the absolute worst establishment in town for tacos and it's sad really cuz it used to be one of the best the messed up my food we live way out of town and because i couldn't afford to go back to mankato an so i just ate the nasty soupy burrito they made they said pretty much well to bad to sad i would not recommend this to anyone

This is the best Taco johns I have ever had big portions nice staff this restaurant is everything the brand strives to be try a taco Bravo or a taco burger you will be back
Classic Taco Johns experience. I've always got the 6 pack and a pound which I have never once had anything wrong with. The tacos are always delicious with salty meat, fresh tasting lettuce, and melty cheese. The potato olés are notably better here than some other locations, as sometimes I've had them elsewhere where they were underseasoned. Not here, the potato olés have always come out perfectly seasoned and crispy for me.

AI taking orders. Couldn’t get a real person. Did not understand what I was saying and when I got to the window my total was more than what the robot said, and my order was not correct. They ran my card without telling me what I actually ordered. Upset. Food took a while too

This 'Johns is always impeccably obsessively clean. Whole thing looks brand new. They have the local papers to read while you eat and one TV going (just enough to stare at but not overwhelming like a sports bar). Staff are perfectly professional yet down-home friendly and polite. Perfect customer service attitude for rural Minnesota. Food is fresh and prompt, made how I asked. And the potato oles are super crispy!
My only complaint is out of their control: the seats are hard!
