I LOVE the food however customer service deserves every bit of the 1 star. Ordered at 8:45 (sign and online ordering say open till 9).. Drive all the way to there to find out they canceled the order. Then I tell them I want my money back and they say I can come back tomorrow. I won't be back ever.

Went here on a date night and it was DELICIOUS and pretty fairly priced! Staff was super friendly and food came out super quick. My only negative was all of the AI pictures used on the walls and on menu. I was a little worried for the quality of the food when I saw that. All I’m going to say is that you are right next to a school with a great Graphic Design program. If you said that “all art work is student made” that would be a great selling point!

The food was decent, you can tell the kitchen chefs don’t care, as they seem to be more concerned with yelling at the servers rather than making quality food. I’ve overheard the kitchen cooks yelling at the servers 2/4 times I’ve been here.
I would not consider myself a "foodie" but i do have a restaurant bucket list, i started seeing posts for a new taco spot in mankato & i had to go, well cuz its tacos 😆!! Thankfully the boys are always down for my lil adventures....lets be honest though i had them at the word tacos for this one 😆!! I rarely do food/restaurant reviews but i am tonight!! We tried Tako Kato & i give it a 10!! That may be partial to the best dates ever but.....its super cute, small & quaint. They do have a dine in option & the esthetic is super cozy & fun!! The boys both did the hot cheeto burritos made to their likings & i did the maverick burrito with the restaurant recommendations both twists on american & authentic mexican food. Food was hot, fresh & delicious!! Fries are even a choice as a side, which parker opted for & they were better than alot of burger joints, D did the chips & sauce & i did the rice....all very good!! The staff super friendly we were checked on by the waiters & the cooks! & they even offered a fun family picture to add to their polariod wall, making our visit a personable & fun family night, even though i wouldnt say its the traditional family sit in restaurant. Very authentic with a flare for a small little spot!! Needless to say a fun night with my boys!!
