Swedes was the one there today. I was excited for it! super nice woman working today.
The food was not great though.The Pulled pork is very dry. I had the sandwich and the nachos, and took it home. I only live 8 mins away. The food was cold, no semi warm to it. Their sauces are good though, just doesn't make up for the dry pork.

Stopped in for a bite and WOW! Caribbean Kitchen was serving up the BEST j*** chicken with cabbage, rice and beans. Sorry I didn't get a picture, I was too busy enjoying every bite and had messy fingers! Chicken was moist, fell off the bone with a nice crispy skin and tangy sauce. Cabbage was SOOO buttery and good that I ordered a second helping to bring home for later. The ladies working the truck are super nice. We will be following this food truck!

The food was fantastic. Please remember to be patient when it comes to how quickly you receive your food... First thing to consider is where you are in the queue. More importantly, the food is super delicious BECAUSE it is being made at that very moment and not simply"reheated/reconstituted". It was fun visiting with others while the super yummy food I had ordered was created.

LOVE the Hub for food Trucks & events! Plenty of seating, plus grass for picnics. Limited parking available. Schedule of events and food truck offerings are usually posted on Facebook. Bring your sunglasses - not a ton of shade.

More shade options when sitting would be nice if there is an event here. Stopped on a weekend for Leps and there was no place to sit with shade, so we had to bring the food home. Also, what's up with the backwards "B"?
