So happy to get some good Pho in Kato again. The food was nice. Especially the pho.

Seating is limited but I hope they can continue to grow and word of mouth spreads. Mankato needs more Asian cuisine other than the two sushi places and one Indian place. I'm happy to and look forward to supporting this local restaurant.
I travel for work and this place is a hidden gem for this out of towner. I never know where to stop when Im going through Mankato for food. I will be stopping here again. The shrimp in the spring rolls was tender and the brisket pho was totally solid. Good pho is the sum of it's ingredients...I worked in kitchens for 20 years and know how much of a challenge it can be to get fresh produce in February...these guys have it. Lime was sweet and basil perky and fresh, rice...
If you haven’t been here you need to go! The older couple that runs the place are the sweetest people. We ordered beef pho, spring rolls, steamed bun and fried rice with chicken and 2 drinks. The total was 39 and some change. We got the bun and spring rolls really quick. I thought it was going to be like 2 or 3 smaller buns. Instead I got 1 single one the size of my face. It was phenomenal. The spring rolls were absolutely amazing and had that nice fresh taste and feel to them....
