The server Natalie was great but she was very busy. The girl Lauren running the food is another story. She needs better customer service training. I asked her for an extra plate and very rude and sparky she said NO YOU NEED TO ASK YOUR SERVER. So that means you sit and let the food get cold because you have to wait for the server who is busy.

I used to order once a week from them and the food is delicious, when they get it right. This last year more than 3 times they messed up my order thru Door Dash. I never had problems ever till this last year. Every time I order a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich, they either give me fried chicken ( which I don't like) or a buffalo wrap. I love their food but I am extremely frustrated. I tried again today and got a wrap instead of my grilled chicken sandwich. I hadn't ordered since May but I thought I would give them one last try. I don't know if I will order again for awhile. I really wish they could have people double or triple check orders. It's super frustrating to be starving and waiting an hour for your delivery to discover it was screwed up again...

I eat here a lot, so I'm writing a review based on the culmination of a lot of experiences. I have certain friends who simply hate Weggy's for some reason which I find inexplicable. Weggy's has consistently served me fantastic food, the service has always been fantastic, and the only thing I can really nitpick about is that the lobster omelette isn't that good, and it's a better choice to go for a regular omelette. Weggy's has the absolute best breakfast in Mankato, every menu item I've had on the breakfast menu was fantastic, with my favorites being the pancakes and french toast. I do have to elaborate that I'm being super selective when I say that, as I genuinely feel like Weggy's might even have the best breakfast in Minnesota. Specifically breakfast though, since even though their lunch items such as their burgers are still delicious, they're just typical sports bar dishes and don't disappoint nor break ground.
In conclusion, definitely give this place a shot. If you don't like their lunch, please try their breakfast. 10/10

Been to Weggy's once before and loved it. After a disappointing dining experience the night before nearby, needed my Weggy's fix. A great night: Good food, very generous portions, very cold beer and TBH low prices. Good job, Weggy's!

The food is very good. The breakfast menu is excellent. The drawbacks are there is no leadership present on the floor and the restaurant is very dirty - like almost call code dirty. It takes away from the whole experience. The place could use an investment in functional aspects - the CO2 machines were down so no beer on tap. A TV on the wall is out and the bartenders do not have inventory or experience to make drinks. I could not get a simple gin and tonic. The servers do their best but they need a leader on the floor. The fact that no one responds to the comments tells me what I need to know about care for the customer. See pictures.

Ordered tonight…was literally one of the worst meals I’ve ever received. Grilled sandwich was bread with a piece of unmelted cheese in the middle and the fries were complete mush. 13.99 for nothing, I ate 3 bites and threw it away. STAY AWAY!

Great food and atmosphere. Definitely plan to be back. Bartender / waitress was really hustling by herself with 5 groups at tables and us sitting at the bar. Impressive to see how she balanced it all and kept it all rolling solo

Staff has always been friendly, and they work their backsides off. They are clearly consistently understaffed.
The restaurant is filthy. Shoes stick to the floor. Bathroom always gross. Tables not properly wiped down. It's bad.
I can only hope it's not a kitchen nightmare in the back....
To the owner, we want you to succeed. Please fix the problems.

I went there at 8:55 and it doesn’t close until 10, but was told they don’t sell anything but appetizers? It’s a restaurant I thought. The food is good, I can’t deny that, but the service is absolutely atrocious. My business will go elsewhere from now on. I recommend the owners or managers do something about the lack of service.

Most of the time, (at least whenever I go), they are somewhat short-staffed, so the service is definitely not very good.

We went as a surprise family of 7, which could have caught them off guard at noon on a Sunday. We had our drinks ordered in 5 min, she was back quick, she forgot one pop completely and none of the water orders. She came back around 10 min later and asked if we were ready to order. Yep, first we need the missing pop and water, and she ordered dr.pepper, not root beer. She then gets the drinks figured out (except my daughters pop) and takes the orders. It wasn't too long, and our waitress brought a couple of orders to the table. It will be a min on the rest. A while later, 3 more orders are brought to the table. Now, 3/6 orders have been wrong. We are still waiting on my oldest daughters order. She comes back and asks how everything is going. Still haven't got her food.. Now everyone is about done eating, and my daughter gets her food.
It's a Long drawn out story but kind of explaining my poor review.
