Just found a rat turd when I unwrapped my burger. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food. Ended up driving back around because my fries were cold. They gave me fresh ones. Then I get home to this. I tried calling the store number listed twice and got no answer. I got a message stating that a voice-mail has not been set up. If I could give a negative number for my review I would! This is the last time I will ever go there again. I would like a refund of my $27.20 order please. I will also be calling the health department tomorrow!

Went through the drive through. Asked for a burger and a pack of mustard. When asked if the burger was all I wanted, I repeated my request for mustard. Got 2 packets of mayo. Disappointing. I do like their food though and usually get good service.

Ordered two Baconator Breakfast Combos. The Baconator is supposed to have 6 strips of bacon, a sausage patty and a fried egg. Ours had only 3 strips of bacon and no sausage. When I went back to tell them, they said that they ran out of sausage. If they ran out of one of the listed ingredients of any item, they should have reduced the price of anything that is described as containing the item they ran out of, but they still charged the full price for the Baconators and didn't let us know they ran out of a listed ingredient for the item until I went back to let them know that we were expecting the whole sandwich instead of the burger without any meat patty.
Very disappointed with the Mankato MN Wendy's and not sure if we'll ever return to them as customers.

If I could this location zero stars I would. Asked to substitute an item and the night female worker with jet black hair at the window had a very nasty attitude. I would have happily paid the difference for the item that I asked to substitute, but she shoved my food bag back out the window. Left my fries out of the bag, so I went back thru the drive thru to return the uneaten food and requested a refund. The same female proceeds to tell me that "They don't do refunds" After I asked for a manager she closes the window then snatches it open and gave me my money. Then slammed the window shut. This location needs retraining on their night shift. There are inconsistencies per shifts when dealing with customers, company policies, procedures, and practices. I have come to this location before and never received such horrible service. Will not come here again after tonight.

I wasn't impressed with the 8 large shelving racks completely full in the lobby. I felt like I was eating in a storage room. There was also a broken down refrigerator in the lobby by the register. There was no ice available and the fountain soda was flat. The only plus was the pleasant gentleman at the register.

This Wendy’s has always been ridiculously slow, half the time they don’t have what you want, how does a burger place not have burgers? Not to mention they’ve run out of everything from baked potatoes to chicken nuggets. And if you order in the app they can’t refund you just offer replacements. Today they said nothing to me after I waited in line for over 15 minutes at the drive thru. They hand me my drink…it has no ice. Sigh ok I’ll go next door and get ice at the gas station. Get to the gas station, stick my straw in to see if it’s even cold enough to drink, it’s completely flat. Seriously?! I’ve had it with this store, not coming back.

Never going back to this location. They gave me old cold fries and when I went back and asked if I could replace them for fresh ones the ones they gave me tasted like they just threw the old fries back into the deep fryer. So basically I waited 5 extra minutes for stale fries.
This used to be one of the few spots in Kato you could get what you ordered. Not anymore. It's always a gamble if you're gonna get what you ordered / payed for or if you're just gonna be given some random food that they had sitting around. Also has been 3 times in a row now my drink has came with no ice or straw. Who wants to sip warm soda without a straw while they are driving?
