Ugh. I didn't even want to give 1 star. $430 later, 2 adults, 3 kids... so disappointed. Go somewhere else... Service sucks and that included a mandatory $65 gratuity. Don't have me paying your staff, you're not training them, and you understaff. It's painful watching your server tricking off, presumably because they know tips are guaranteed. And the company doesn't care. Either raise wages, and take responsibility for your business, or don't. The grill was filthy. We really didn't need to watch the chef, scraping burnt bits, from how many meals passed, before preparing our meal. All the while, I'm eyeballing the burnt bits he didn't get and, yep. It ended up in our food. Poor quality food as well. Go to Friday's next door, or anywhere else. This business model, is built for failure.

Food and chef were great. Our table was tired of the server complaining about how tired she was. Whenever she came to the table, which wasn't often enough, we got to hear how tired and overworked she was.
I have ordered twice for takeout, both times my order was either incomplete or incorrect. So after driving back my food is cold. Very disappointing when you’re spending nearly one hundred dollars. I recommend thoroughly inspecting your bag to make sure your order is complete.
Tonight I brought my daughter for her birthday and it was the worst. I have been here 2 times before and it was absolutely fantastic this time it was horrible. The chef had no personality and I just left feeling ripped off of the experience. The waitress was really nice. The bathrooms were disgusting. Overall we probably will not be going back because we spent alot and just not interested in spending my money there. Steaks are cut up by the chef and that really sucks too.
Had dinner at Benihanas tonight after my son’s choir concert. Literally had the best shrimp I’ve ever had tonight! We apparently had the head chef cooking for us and it was absolutely delicious!!
