My family and I are simple, small-town Wisconsin folks that don't get out to nice restaurants often. We jumped at the chance for some more upscale Italian fare, especially since they had a full gluten-free menu for my mother-in-law. The food was amazing and fresh. More importantly, shout out to Johnny for the phenomenal service! His personable and attentive attitude are what made the experience worthwhile. He took the time to talk to us a bit and make sure we had everything...
We have been to Biaggi's many times over the years ut this last time was not the best experience. My baked pasta was burnt and the server seemed like we were and inconvenience to him. We will be back as everyone has an off night but I really hope it was just a one time issue.
