After getting takeout from a couple locations, we had the best experience by far dining in. Takeout didn't do the food justice. Best to eat fresh, and get extra sauce from the servers if you need it.Kid-friendliness: Staff were friendly to young children, which always makes families feel welcome. They had high chairs. Can't remember if bathroom had changing table-- will check next time and update.

We had been gifted a gift card for Christmas so we thought we’d give it a try. The food was fine but when it came time to pay, they said gift card payments were not working. I had the receipt for the gift card but he said the machine wasn’t accepting gift cards. We had to pay $40+ on a credit card for our dinner when the gift card would’ve covered dinner. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

Horrible customer service and support. Items in my order were made wrong and tasted horrible. I submitted online contact form and emailed BonChon customer care and called the restaurant several times and no one ever responded. Really unorganized company with horrible customer service.

3 stars only because of the amount of food you get now. 10 Chicken strips used to be 10 chicken strips now they are so small that it feels like only 5 full strips.Disappointing that the price has gone up and portion size has gone down. Most likely won’t be ordering from here unless BonChon makes some changes.

Chicken nuggets they called strips were to spicy, the rice it taste pretty decent but nothing special. We get to the store and was only couple tables after we got seated the restaurant got pretty full and everyone was served before our table. Store doesn't offer anything fancy for the prices you pay, you feel like you are in a frontier airplane eating.

The food was so yummy. I love their spicy sauce. I wish they sold it in bottles, I'd stock up. We usually order to-go, but we decided to dine in this time. It is very small so when it's packed, it's packed. I recommend that maybe the largest group to be comfortable there would be a party of 4. On to the food. We ordered chicken katsu and bibimbap bowl. So so goooood. Awesome presentation as well. The bowl was so fulfilling and satisfyingly spicy. The chicken was great as well. I just wish it was more spicy instead of sweet, but if you add the spicy sauce to it, then it's awesome!

It was alright. The fried rice was typical fried rice but tasted like Chinese buffet, chicken was crispy but the flavors weren't too noticeable with the half and half, pork buns were the better thing but the flavor felt lacking this time around. The wait staff service was good.
