“The Original Pancake House in Plymouth offers a great breakfast experience. I had the Corned Beef Hash with a side of fruit, and it was absolutely delicious, especially with a touch of hot sauce and ketchup. The coffee was decent, nothing extraordinary. The place was lively on a Friday morning, and I appreciated how the menu had a wide variety of options and listed the calorie count for each meal—helpful for making informed choices. While the calorie counts were surprising, it’s great to have that transparency. Our server was friendly and attentive, checking in multiple times despite managing several tables. Overall, a solid spot for breakfast!“

“My parents lived at Walker Plaza! They loved walking over to Sparky’s for lunch! We ate here often! The food is fabulous! My dad’s favorite was the senior menu hamburger and fries! Sparky’s is truly the cafe that is unique as cafes were in the old days! Greatest cafe ever! Thank you Sparky’s for those wonderful memories eating lunch at Sparky’s with my parents! Mary Leonhardt“

“Our server was Sandy and she was amazing: prompt, efficient, friendly, and attentive. We were there to celebrate a birthday and got a special short stack of birthday pancakes with a candle. Seating was quick and prompt through the reservation system on a very busy Sunday morning, the manager checked at our table to make sure our dining experience was good, the food was fresh and hot. It was a good time at a great restaurant with excellent service. Thanks again Sandy!“
