Picked up some Walleye, loved how it was already to fry, no skin, no loose hanging scraps, just beautifully prepared and ready to go, oh... and it was super delicious. I appreciate the extra effort they put into this preparing their fish, will definitely be back soon!Kelly and Nancy
An exceptional customer experience working with the folks at Brothers. I wanted a whole salmon for a special Christmas get together and they came through for me with a magnificent fish of excellent quality and fair price. This was an easy process and I will be working with them again on my next special meat, fish or poultry need.
I had a deer processed there and for the most part almost all was fine except the hot sticks were way too salty and the summer sausages were under seasoned and over cooked. I think next year I’ll just have it done elsewhere. Paid too much to have food processed that you can’t eat.
