Went there on a weeknight and only half the dining area was open while the other half was packed with people sitting very close together. I couldn’t even get out of my chair without another person from another party needing to move. Lobby was messy as well as the bathrooms. Food was ok but not worth the price.
Although not a big fan of Buffets, GC seems to do a better job and certainly better than the operation that previously housed their locations. Part buffet, part deli, they have fresh meat that they cut for you and make nice omelets while you wait. If you happen to walkaway during omelet making, they place the omelet in a warming oven until you return. So, you get the bonus of a warm plate. The food wasn't as good as it was in San Antonio, Texas. The service was great. But the atmosphere needed a little improvement. It was very sticky on the floor by the soda fountain area. Other than that, overall I enjoyed my time there.
