The food was delicious. The restroom was not okay. Backs of toilets and doors and sinks all need a good cleaning. Not good. I was nervous about food after using the restroom, but the food was great.
Love the food at Zupas. We happened to go right at lunch before a big rush. People kept coming in, but they're was really never a line. They kept things moving pretty well at the front end, but it was getting backed up by the register. Finally, they had someone come help out. There were a lot of kids there (which happens if you go out), but more than 1 chair was knocked over by a child and they are LOUD. My food was still delicious though so I'll definitely go back.
I have been coming to this location for over a year and have tried a variety of dishes but I go back to my favorite time and time again, lobster bisque and strawberry salad. It’s such a great value and packs a flavorful punch in every bite
