As a seasoned regular at this coffee shop I have seen the beautiful impact this team of dedicated employees has made. Not only do they make my morning brighter, they gave this store a great sense of community and soul. Seeing 4 incredibly talented employees leave in such haste has made me extremely disappointed in the management held responsible. The complete disrespect and inhumanity shown to your employees leaves me disgusted with the company as a whole. Caribou was blessed with an A+ team that supplied continuous achievements and growth. It’s laughable how they think this store will ever be the same. Caribou Coffee is no longer worth my time or money.

This was the best coffee shop there was. It passed Starbucks, Dunkin, EVERYTHING! All good things come to an end. Not only did this caribou let 4 off the best employees walk out like it was nothing but they did nothing to try and keep them here. The new manager has no experience and no business here. The team worked to hard to be where they were and Caribou took that from them. Don’t even bother coming here anymore. It will never be worth your time, money, or care. Goodbye caribou. Way to mess up another bussiness.

I love Caribou coffee! This time, though, I did a mobile order 15 minutes before I arrived, and when I got there, it wasn't ready. They looked for it and couldn't find it until I saw it sitting under the spout of one of the coffee pots. It had cooled off a bit, because there wasn't a lid on it.I'm sure this happened because I ordered half-caf and they always have to make the decaf special to add to my cup.
