We’ve lived in Maple Grove since 2007. Yu Fong’s is/was one of our favorites. The previous owners were special. I had assumed the restaurant was taken over by their children. Saw them all together many times. I could be very wrong. My family enjoys that they have added Thai to the menu along with being able to order online. Pros: Pork curry, beef fried rice, and egg rolls were all fantastic.
Cons: The Lo Mein is either vermicelli or angel hair pasta, not actual Lo Mein noodles. No matter how you dress them up (we did you sauce, white pepper, and chili garlic), they still just taste like oily sad noodles.

Kung Pao Chicken lunch special was amazing!! The sauce was spicy and flavorful, the veggies and peanuts were fresh, the fried rice was perfect!
The lunch special comes with 2 cream cheese wontons and they're sweet and amazing too. Very happy for a first experience. I'll definitely be back again soon.
