Bruegger's Bagels offers a wonderful experience with friendly staff. The Maple Grove location has shown significant improvement in quality and service. Customers highly recommend the Herby Turkey on a garlic bagel. Despite initial hesitations, visitors found the bagels perfect, coffee good, and service meeting expectations. While the sun-dried tomato spread fell short, the build-your-own veggie lunch sandwiches were fresh and varied. Overall, excellent service, fast delivery, and a perfect spot for a quick lunch.
However, some customers have reported issues with this location. The staff sometimes seem disinterested and do the bare minimum to assist customers. The fountain soda machine has been broken, and the employees appear unwilling to fix it. Additionally, some online orders have been inaccurate, with missing or unsatisfactory sides. Despite these concerns, the bagels and sandwiches are generally praised as delicious.
