“Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. Thanks again for an awesome experience!!!“

“Well the bangles are good and the coffee tasty, but the staff stole the show! The manager was training 2 young folks, he was kind to them, teaching them with honor and dignity. The new workers were all smiles and very helpful. What a great experience!“

“James and his staff were amazing! This was my sister and I first time at this location. We received a warm welcome at the door. James and his staff were very kind and professional. Thank you for the awesome experience! We ordered 5 dofrrrnt bagels and I took a pic of mine when I remembered to do so. It was delicious, we ordered 3 turkey sausages, egg and cheese bagels, raisin bagel with cream cheese and an additional order. Everything tastes fresh, warm and roasted just the way we liked. “Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.“

“I have been goingto this bakery every sunday for many years and had the worse bagel i have ever had. it was an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. i understand when it comes out of oven it is hot, but this one was about 1/4 or less thick. not sure if it was done. It was doughy. i brought it back in and the snotty girl said thats because it was hot. i have had them hot before but they never turned out that flat. The whole new group of workers that are there now, are sure not the caliber of the workers that were there the last few years.
I do not want to give a bad review because i normally love your bagels, but its just that the last couple times things are not good for me.“

“Amazing! This Bruegger’s knocks it out of the park every time I visit. This was already my second time stopping in this week and both times it has been exceptional. The service is top tier - one of the employees, Jeremy, gave me a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier for having listened to him. The bagel was absolutely delicious, the service was timely, the employees were all friendly, and the overall atmosphere in the establishment was superb. They were really on their A game today (they are everyday)! I was partway through a long work shift and the bagel and overall experience was just what I needed to get me through the rest of it. The St. Louis Park West End Bruegger’s can be expecting many more visits from me in the near future!“
