“Just walked in Friday at 11:45. The guy behind the counter top notch service. Everyone greeted everyone and I just had the best tomato avocado breakfast sandwich ever. It was the hottest I’ve ever gotten it and looked better than the photos. You can tell when people actually care :) another lady politely cut someone’s sandwich how they liked without even being asked. I haven’t seen service This great in so long!!!! It takes a lot to get up and serve people but to do it with kindness is another level! Great job crew working during lunch at 11:45 Friday 5/22/26 !!!! They truly deserve a bonus or something. The kindest Bruegger’s workers I’ve ever met in 10 years. Thank you!“

“I have lived in this neighborhood for 40 years and cannot believe that I did not know that this wonderful restaurant has been here for two years already!! I was in the mood for a lox sandwich today and wanted a really good one. I found it! Excellent bagel, a generous portion of lox, tomato, onion and capers! “I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. And I called ahead to see that if I placed an order in the app, if anybody would be able to deliver it to me curbside. As I said, I am disabled. And I have a very large power wheelchair, which does not fit through very many doors to be quite honest. So curbside pick ups are a must. when I called, Stacy answered the phone. I presented for my dilemma and asked if anybody would be able to bring the drink out to me. She replied that they would happily do this for me. All I had to do was call when I arrived.We hung up, I placed my order, and I rolled through the parking lot to go and pick it up. As I rolled up to the entry on the sidewalk, as I was about to call on the phone, another barista named Jada popped her head out the door and asked if I was Theo. I replied yes and she had my drink in her hand already.

Five out of five stars for being kind, compassionate, and customer service driven to both Stacy and Jada. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to this Caribou, as long as they will have me.“

“I have been going to this Caribou now for about 18 months, almost every other morning (when I am in Minneapolis), and have totally fallen for the staff's awesomely friendly disposition, and find their cheery happy-face drawings on my morning Americano (one splenda, extra extra extra whip) lovely. They were out of the bagels I wanted but they hooked me up with some other ones that were good which made me pretty happy. I like this environment with the whole firefighter vibe. “I used to dine in there when I lived a block away, now I live on the other side of town, but I hit the drive through, on my way to work. Their service is awesome. They are always very nice, welcoming, professional. I enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich. My absolute favorite, and I highly recommend it to anyone who reads this, is their Chicken Chorrizo Burrito! It’s lower in calories and it has tons of delicious flavors. You can get their hot sauce that comes with it. I guarantee you that your day will be made with this breakfast delight!“
