The staff is praised for their friendliness, ensuring a wonderful experience even for those missing the Caribou experience when away. Customers highlight the delicious and hot food, as well as the clean, well-maintained interior. The coffee aroma is amazing, and the baristas consistently prepare drinks to perfection.
