The baristas cannot make any amendments to the drinks and they don’t know the products they sell. They cannot answer “what is in this drink?” And neither could their coworkers. When asking them to modify the amount of sweetener they put in it, they ignored the request. It was a serious of mistakes one after the other that made it seem like the whole staff was training. It’s overpriced, over sweetened, and the wait time was 8-minutes at the window AFTER paying.
