Im not usually someone who makes reviews on any company because it makes a difference any individual time or day. However I couldn't make myself not write a comment on a sweet girl who has helped me the last few times. Carribu has its ups and downs as far as service is concernered, but Emily at Lyndale and west 66th has been so extremely sweet and helpful. It's the little things - and this is a very little thing. I got a black coffee in a real mug this morning. The barista rinsed my mug with hot water before filling it with coffee. It takes three seconds and increases my enjoyment of my coffee. Thanks.
